Grit Design

Grit Design is a company that uses creative and technical marketing strategies to fulfill their client's needs. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Computing and Image Recognition, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Grit Design is based in Detroit, Michigan and founded in 2009. You can read more at grit-design.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Grit Design, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
