IntelliTech

IntelliTech provides custom software development, IT consulting, and managed services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Computing, Hardware, IT Management and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IntelliTech is based in Ocean City, New Jersey. You can read more at intellitechsupport.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
