Saya Systems

Saya Systems focuses on product development, hardware design, data visualization and applied technology for science and engineering. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware, Manufacturing, Product Research and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Saya Systems is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. You can read more at sayasystems.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
