Johonnot Technologies

Johonnot Technologies is a full-service data center solutions provider located in the Boston area. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Data Center and Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Johonnot Technologies is based in Amesbury, Massachusetts. More on johonnottechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Johonnot Technologies well, your review carries weight here.
