Help Scout

Help Scout works in custom software development, which is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits. They have not published a longer description, so we lean on what their category usually involves.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate.

Help Scout has not published its location or founding year. Their site is helpscout.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Help Scout well, your review carries weight here.
