Pinnakl

Pinnakl is a custom software development company. Pinnkal offers web strategy, design and web management services. And provide some risk management solutions. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention CRM and Risk Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pinnakl is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You can read more at pinnakl.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Pinnakl, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
