Rental Tracker

Rental Tracker provides RTPro that integrates with other software such as SAP, QuickBooks, IBM Wb Sphere, Yardi, Sage and much more. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Automotive, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rental Tracker is based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. You can read more at rentaltracker.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
