Clovis

Clovis is the result of collaborative work between construction professionals: prime contractors, building owners and builders. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Architecture, Construction and Real Estate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Clovis is based in Clichy, Ile-de-France. You can read more at clovis.app.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
