ECCMA

ECCMA is an international not for profit association. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Non Profit. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ECCMA is based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and founded in 1999. Their site is eccma.org.
