PTR Automation

PTR Automation is an Information Technology and Cyber Security firm providing specialized Cyber Security and IT solutions. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PTR Automation is based in Panama City Beach, Florida and around since 1996. More on ptrautomation.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know PTR Automation well, your review carries weight here.
