Big Data Supply

Big Data Supply provides virtual data storage supplies, data destruction and e-waste recycling and cloud backup services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services, Cloud Management, Data Storage, Hardware and Recycling, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Big Data Supply is based in Santa Ana, California and founded in 2012. You can read more at bigdatasupplyinc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
