MedText is a customer relationship management system for healthcare providers that enables them to manage their referral network. Put simply, it is about keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Communications Infrastructure, CRM, Customer Service and Health Care, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
