College Find

College Find is an educational consulting company that specializes in customized college guidance for students in the US and abroad. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. Related areas on their profile: College Recruiting, Consulting, Education and Higher Education. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

College Find is based in Greenbrae, California and around since 2002. Their site is collegefindedu.com.

Things worth asking about: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
