Knowlogic Software

Knowlogic Software offers phases including planning, capturing requirements, designing, integrating, and testing. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Services and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Knowlogic Software is based in Wrentham, Massachusetts. You can read more at knowlogic.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
