VOConline

VOConline is a provider of Beta management services to businesses, facilitating customer communication analysis. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Small and Medium Businesses, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

VOConline is based in San Mateo, California and around since 1996. More on voconline.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used VOConline? Rate it.
