PC Source

PC Source is a provider of software design and consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PC Source is based in Oakland, California. Their site is pcsourcenet.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with PC Source, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
