Creative Computer Services

Creative Computer Services provides software and technology services and support to member driven organizations. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Creative Computer Services is based in Gold River, California. Their site is ccservices.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Creative Computer Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
