Colonial Surveying Co.

Colonial Surveying Co offers land surveying services, including boundary establishment and real estate closings. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Civil Engineering, Property Management and Test and Measurement. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Colonial Surveying Co. is based in Stow, Massachusetts. You can read more at colonialsurvey.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Colonial Surveying Co. well, your review carries weight here.
