TaskTrain

TaskTrain is a software firm that specializes in workflow documentation, process improvement, task coordination and mistake-proofing. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

TaskTrain is based in Boston, Massachusetts. You can read more at tasktrain.app.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TaskTrain well, your review carries weight here.
