Altnix

Altnix is a technology company that specializes in IT Infrastructure management services and open-source solutions for businesses. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and IT Infrastructure. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Altnix is based in Fremont, California. Their site is altnix.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Altnix, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
