Cloud Coach

Cloud Coach offers productivity, PSA, and PPM cloud-based solutions. Put simply, it is about planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

The natural audience is teams of any size with deadlines. Related areas on their profile: Professional Services and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Cloud Coach is based in Denver, Colorado. Their site is cloudcoach.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
