CompuCycle

CompuCycle is an e-cycling company that offers IT recycling services and e-cycling practices. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Asset Management, Environmental Consulting and Recycling, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

CompuCycle is based in Houston, Texas and around since 1996. More on compucycle.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
