IntellectFaces

IntellectFaces is a technology and business consulting firm that offers Decision Science and Digital Transformation. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IntellectFaces is based in Herndon, Virginia and around since 2011. Their site is intellectfaces.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
