BETA Systems International

Beta-Sys offers IT and professional services for government contracting, focusing on healthcare modernization. That is the short version of BETA Systems International. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Professional Services and Property Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BETA Systems International is based in Silver Spring, Maryland and around since 2017. Their site is beta-sys.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with BETA Systems International, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
