Photon Engineering

Photon Engineering is a consulting and software development firm based in Arizona. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Photon Engineering is based in Tucson, Arizona. Their site is photonengr.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Photon Engineering, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
