SyncZer

Synczer Inc. offers web design, development, software solutions, and SEO services to enhance business online presence. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Alongside the main category they mention Software Engineering, Web Design and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SyncZer is based in Los Angeles, California. Their site is synczersolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
