Domain OMS

Domain OMS is a cloud based business application solutions for the small and mid market business communities. In practice that means keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Alongside the main category they mention CRM and Marketing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Domain OMS is based in Austin, Texas. Their site is domainoms.com.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Domain OMS, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
