Bimini Corp.

Bimini Corp. offers tech solutions for real estate, including HOA document management, customer registration, and mailing list management. In practice that means writing and editing documents together with comments and versions.

It makes the most sense for teams that produce a lot of documents. They also list Document Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bimini Corp. is based in Grass Valley, California. You can read more at biminicorp.com.
