Bethune Consulting

Software Consulting and IT Solution Provider. That is the short version of Bethune Consulting. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Bethune Consulting is based in Dallas, Texas. Their site is bethuneconsulting.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Bethune Consulting, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
