AssetsHub

AssetHub CMMS is a cloud-based CMMS that focuses on helping maintenance teams to tackle their daily challenges. That is the short version of AssetsHub. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

AssetsHub is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. More on assetshub.co.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
