Clarisity

Clarisity is an IT firm that specializes in enterprise applications, analytics, cloud migration, business intelligence and app development. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Clarisity is based in Los Altos, California. Their site is clarisity.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Clarisity, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
