AVAIL

AVAIL is a completely new way of solving how BIM's digital assets can be managed. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Digital Media. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AVAIL is based in Lexington, Kentucky. Their site is getavail.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with AVAIL, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
