Botforce365

Botforce365 is a cognitive RPA platform to visually build, train, deploy, and automate robots with RPA, AI, chatbot, and machine learning. Put simply, it is about answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

It makes the most sense for support teams with high volume. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), Chatbot, Computer Vision, Intelligent Systems and Machine Learning. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Botforce365 is based in Piscataway, New Jersey. You can read more at botforce365.com.

Things worth asking about: training sources, accuracy on your own docs, and escalation paths. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
