Prophecy

Prophecy is a custom software consulting company. The job it does: posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Staffing Agency. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Prophecy is based in Irvine, California. More on prophecyconsulting.com.

Our checklist for this category: job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Prophecy, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
