Hyr

Hyr connects businesses and workers to fill any shift, at any time. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Employment and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Hyr is based in New York, New York. Their site is hyr.work.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
