E-liza Dolls

E-liza Dolls, a Berkeley-based startup, is aiming to challenge the gender gap in STEM by helping young girls learn to code using dolls. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

E-liza Dolls is based in Berkeley, California. Their site is elizadolls.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
