Neocol

Neocol is a leading content management system architect and integrator of process-centric document solutions. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Information Services, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Neocol is based in Naperville, Illinois. More on neocol.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Neocol, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
