Linebird

Linebird is a technology company that commercializes and creates automation solutions for utilities. The job it does: connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. Alongside the main category they mention Drones and Industrial Automation. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Linebird is based in Richmond, Virginia. You can read more at linebird.net.

Our checklist for this category: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Linebird, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
