Botts Innovative Research

Botts Innovative Research specializes in the design and application of open standards for sensor systems within the intelligence. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Predictive Analytics, Service Industry and Technical Support. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Botts Innovative Research is based in Madison, Alabama. More on botts-inc.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
