GovTron

GovTron develops software solutions for public school districts and county governments, and offers software consulting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

GovTron is based in San Mateo, California. Their site is govtron.com.
