Coworks

Coworks is an online community of freelancers that offers app design, web design, and content services. In practice that means designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Crowdsourcing and Web Design. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Coworks is based in Stockholm, Maine and founded in 2009. More on coworks.com.
