LiveWith

LiveWith is a mobile app development company. The First End-to-End Collaborative Rental Marketplace for Roommates. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list iOS, Leasing, Marketplace, Mobile and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

LiveWith is based in New York, New York and around since 2015. Their site is livewith.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
