Resolved Analytics

Resolved Analytics is a product analytics company. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Mechanical Engineering, Service Industry and Simulation. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Resolved Analytics is based in Durham, North Carolina and founded in 2014. Their site is resolvedanalytics.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Resolved Analytics? Rate it.
