The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. They also list Dental, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

LocalMed is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and around since 2012. Their site is localmed.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
