Nextekk Solutions

Nextekk Solutions LLC specializes in Cloud Transformation, Service Delivery Management, and project oversight. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Data Services, DevOps and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Nextekk Solutions is based in West Valley City, Utah and around since 2017. You can read more at nextekksolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Nextekk Solutions well, your review carries weight here.
