Advanced Objects

Advanced Objects is a software development and technology consulting firm. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Finance and Shipping Broker, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Advanced Objects is based in Chicago, Illinois. Their site is www.advancedobjects.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Advanced Objects well, your review carries weight here.
