NOAR Technologies

NOAR Technologies provides software integration, training and content development services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Content Creators, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

NOAR Technologies is based in Clawson, Michigan. You can read more at noartechnologies.com.
