Notebleu

Notebleu offers MySQL development, javascript development, engine development, web design, and graphic design services. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. Alongside the main category they mention Web Design. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Notebleu is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is notebleu.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
