Arizona Business

Arizona Business provides IT support at a low cost so that all organizations, large and small, can concentrate on their systems. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Arizona Business is based in Mesa, Arizona. Their site is azbizit.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
