StackRelease

StackRelease assists clients in exploring and validating app concepts, setting the scope and obtaining estimates for their projects. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Mobile Apps and Web Design. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

StackRelease is based in Chicago, Illinois. You can read more at stackrelease.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with StackRelease, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
